Gua Sha is accomplished with repeated pressured strokes over lubricated skin with a smooth edge moved firmly either along muscle fibres or Acupuncture meridians. The intensity and site is adjusted to the nature, severity and type of disorder the patient is experiencing.
How does Gua Sha work?
